Instruction Manuals & Kit - Off-Loom Weaving Class 2
If you prefer not to attend a live workshop, you can now purchase all the learning content and materials you need to further your explorations by yourself!
Included in this package are all 5 instruction manuals from the Class 2 Off-Loom Weaving Workshop:
Waffle (also known as Honeycomb) which has a lovely 3D effect!
Oversized Houndstooth (quite different from the Dogtooth we covered in Class 1!)
Prince of Wales Tweed
Enlarged Hopsack
Triangles
The materials ki contains:
A selection of beautiful yarns in a variety of colours - all industry waste
5 A6 plywood boards
Double sided adhesive tape
Flat ‘Bodkin’ needle & regular large-eyed sharp needle
Paper simulations of all 5 designs to use as a guide
Each instruction manual takes you through the process from start to finish, from winding the warp threads around the base, to weaving each row of weft, showing exactly where to put your needle and when, and how to finish.
Class 2 is suitable for anyone with prior basic weaving skills. If you are a total beginner, Class 1 will be perfect for you, and you can find the instruction manuals for that here.
Please Note:
If you would like to purchase the instruction manuals by themselves, without the materials pack you can do that here
If you would like to take part in the live workshop and receive a recording afterwards, (including instruction manuals) you can book that here. In this case materials packs are available separately here
This learning content is for your personal use only and is not to be shared, re-sold, used for profit or for your own teaching purposes. Thank you ;-)
Happy Weaving!
